NO pets or smoking permitted on-site. A $150 - $300 cleaning fee will be charged if a violation occurs and guests will need to leave the property. Guests will be charged the cost to repair and/or replace any damage that occurs during their stay. Washers and Dryers are not in the units - but are available on-site.

It is extremely important to have a valid email and phone number on file with RCI. Since this resort DOES NOT have a physical Front Desk on property, you must receive your Check-in Packet, including your Security Gate & Door Code access via email.

There are no Ocean Front View Units. First floor units are not guaranteed. The resort is a 3 story building without elevators – stair access only. Starting January 1st, 2022, $20.00 will be collected at the gate upon arrival for parking.
