Mandatory meal plan rates are as per travel date, per room per night, and need to be paid 21 days prior to check-in date. Charges as per number of nights confirmed with RCI. Cancellation policy for meal plan: Full refund if canceled 30 days before check-in date. 50% refund 14 days before the check-in date. No refund for less than 14 days to check-in. No refunds for check-in during Puja, Valentine's, Christmas, and New Year's.

Each unit can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 kids below the age of 12 (in the same bed). If a guest needs an extra bed, the charge is INR 2800 per night. The meal plan includes breakfast and one major meal for 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 kids below the age of 12.

Negative RTPCR or COVID Certificate report required to reach Port Blair. If guest has not taken double Vaccine, it is mandatory to stay at Port Blair on the first day. Retesting with RTPCR on arrival at Port Blair free of cost. If found positive, must undergo institutional quarantine at Govt. facility or identified hotels on payment basis. Rs. 5000/- fine each time for violating quarantine.
